Abstract Administrative and publicity/promotion files of the Guild Literary Complex, a community-based literary organization that was founded in Chicago in 1989. The group hosts literature-based events and programs throughout the year, including the Gwendolyn Brooks Open Mic Award, and prose awards for short fiction and non-fiction. The Guild was also affiliated with Tia Chucha Press, and the records contain some administrative records from them.
