Scope and Contents note

The Ludlow Typograph was a typesetting system with a proprietary set of type faces, almost all of them designed or re-worked by Middleton.

The Robert Hunter Middleton papers are open for research in the Special Collections Reading Room; 1 box at a time (Priority III).

This series follows the order of the files Middleton kept on the company after his retirement in 1971.
