From the Series:
Sidney Bartlett was a Boston lawyer and member of the first Board of Directors for the B&MRR-Nebraska, and a director of CB&Q until 1889. He advised the CB&Q on a variety of legal matters and also served as general counsel for the Union Pacific Railroad.
