Correspondence between Perkins and other CB&Q officials including H. B. Stone, T. S. Howland, G. W. Holdredge concerning general operation and management of the company. Topics include routine railroad management and operations. Of note are letters pertaining to the strike of 1888, labor associations, and re-employing strikers, as well as policies on intoxicated employees.
These letters are additions to the original donation.
