Subgroup contains incoming and outgoing correspondence between officials of the Burlington & Missouri River Railroad in Nebraska. Major correspondents include J. W. Brooks, C. E. Perkins, G. W. Holdredge, George Tyson, and others.

Biographical/Historical note

Series contains letterpress copybooks, telegrams, and some incoming correspondence. Outgoing letters concern financial matters, mileage, freight, and compensation for personal injuries. Incoming correspondence pertains to land applications and financial statements. Series also contains ten volumes of indexes to correspondence.
