Scope and Contents note

About 50,000 letters, mostly to H.B. Scott as agent as agent for C.E. Perkins, in charge of his land business. Some of the letters are to C.E. Perkins.

Letters are from individual landowners, small businesses managing land sales, county officials (auditors, treasurers, etc.), and CB&Q officials.
