Scope and Contents note
The Lincoln Land Company was incorporated in the spring of 1880 to develop communities in the Republican River valley region, and continued through 1905 selling lands for investors who were mostly railroad officials. Statements are monthly and annual statements of sales, cash accounts, balance sheets, and some with report letters from R. O. Phillips to C. E. Perkins. Also includes a few statements of assets and liabilities, estimated value of lots, etc.
