Scope and Contents note
Materials primarily related to physical characteristics of the B&MRR’s Iowa land, including examiner’s drawings, field notes, and reports, and including descriptions of topography, structures, and settlements. Also included are lists according to acreage, dates of sale, and unsold lands, and a variety of other features including swamps, timber, preemption, and school houses built, among others.
