A few warranty deeds with letters and maps, quitclaim deeds, release of mortgages, contracts, right-of-way agreements, and some correspondence between George B. Harris and J. W. Brooks. Much of the material pertains to the land grant of 1862 and claims against this grant. Also includes judgment and extract of opinion in the Supreme Court decision of Nebraska vs. Sioux City and Pacific, statements, circulars about colonies in Iowa, and other miscellaneous papers.
