From the Series:

Consists of correspondence and other papers relating to the publication of the documentary and corporate histories by W.W. Baldwin; historical material kept by the Advertising department; memoranda relating to charters, construction and mileage of standard gauge railroads in Iowa and Missouri belonging to the CB&Q; and research materials, including two copies of an almanac record ("annals, day by day") showing when various lines opened, incorporations, consolidations, contracts, reorganizations, completeness of construction, etc.

Printed Corporate and Documentary histories of the CB&Q by W.W. Baldwin have been removed and cataloged separately.
