Also included are nearly 30 years of freight tariff rate books issued by the Freight Department, and circulars issued specifically from the President's office, financial office, and other system lines, as well as posters from the Voluntary Relief Department and various signage. Arrangement and folder titles reflect original scrapbook titles.
