Four metal card files in two metal file trays. Two contain name and address cards for many students, their parents and relatives, dance teachers and schools, accompanists, and other professionals – some grouped by locations where McRae taught. A third file consists of names and addresses relating to every aspect of McRae's life, including dentists, doctors, drugstores, furniture stores and movers, hearing aid specialists, hospitals, hotels, lawyers, nurses, shoe companies, travel bureaus, and so on. The fourth is an informational file relating to specific performances and teaching positions, such as "The Nutcracker" and "Petrouchka".
