Rental materials include applications, license agreements and contracts, invoices, schedules and insurance documents. Other information about the companies and events such as correspondence, ticket orders, patron and seating lists, box office and theater technical information, and promotional materials including some photographs.

Records in this series show that the building and theater have been used for a variety of reasons, including performances and rehearsals, administrative office space, auditions, and fundraisers. Not all companies and performers have an official rental agreement document, but provide some documentation that they rented space or submitted an application to do so. Some of the promotional materials are for events that did not occur at the Foundation building or theater.
