Some materials may overlap. For example, some clippings may be found in the press kits or fliers, etc. Fliers, etc. includes promotional materials related to benefits, classes, educational and outreach programs, gala events, performances, productions, and tours.

The publicity materials are arranged alphabetically by material type and then chronologically. The oversize materials are at the end of the series, and also arranged alphabetically by material type and then chronologically. The one exception are the oversize flat folders that contain posters and proofs; these are listed last this series. The oversize clippings folders contain benefit, gala, preview, review, tour, and general clippings for each year. The posters include those from events, performances, and festivals that HDSC participated in.
