Scope and Contents note

Formal portraits and informal candid shots of Rudolph Ganz, from the span of his life. Also includes original artwork and photographs of artwork and sculpture of Ganz. Photographs of Ganz with others include the Blanchets, Ernest Schelling, Emile Sauret, Bruno Steindel, Frederick Stock, Wanda Landowska, Albert Spalding, Joseph Szigeti, Rudolf Bing, Isidor Philipp, Deems Taylor, Van Cliburn, Artur Rubinstein, Ernest Ansermet, Jack Benny, Bruno Zirato, Virgil Thomson, and Lili Krauss. Photographs of Ganz with others also include rehearsal and conducting shots (National Chamber Orchestra, conducting at Hollywood Bowl, Grant Park, etc.
