This series contains material regarding the Indian Council Fire annual dinner [often titled the Indian Achievement Award Dinner], lists of nominees and winners of the annual Indian Achievement award for years ranging from 1951-1982, and subject files on each nominee which includes resumes. Programs and tickets for the annual dinner, invitations, copies of speeches, and certificates of the award presented to the winner are also included. Nominee files include resumes, biographical sketches, and/or press material.

The Award Dinner box contains some material related to the planning of major dinners, particularly the 50th Anniversary Dinner in 1982. This includes press material, seating charts, templates for printed material with the letterhead and logo, information concerning the event and the award winner, lists of guests and/or previous winners, lists of judges, and the proposal for the event.
