Letters and correspondence between club members, primarily former council, and nonmembers. Conversations regarding membership solicitation, program and speaker suggestions, and exhibition invites from book colleagues. Research on other bibliophile clubs, book preservation exhibitions, and potential members. Notable correspondence includes disbanding the club in 1916 and the McGowan film project in 1992.
