Paper description

SYNOPSIS by author: My memories as a teenager in occupied Holland during World War II. Focus on the lurking dangers of life in that time, particularly for my father. A very moving story of the author and her family living in Amsterdam throughout the Nazi occupation. The hardships and threats of imprisonment, or worse yet, being carted off to the work camps in Germany was a nightmare. Her family bravely endured and survived until liberation, May 1945. Note: CDs of the reading are filed in the President's Box and in Newberry Box 9.
