Scope and Contents note
Ephemera and memorabilia such as a print, drawings, samples of folk art, invitations to visit Centaurs (Hamill’s home in Lake Forest, Illinois), bookplates, various publications about gypsies, photographs, a postcard, the presentation speech for Hamill’s D.H.L., travel memorabilia, and works by Hamill. The latter include a common place book, greeting card sentiments, poetry, notes and essays, plus Hamill’s journal of his experiences as Assistant Zone Commander for the Red Cross Intermediate Zone in France from 19 February 1918 through 17 December 1918.
