There is material here regarding the opposition of W.W. Keeler, Principal Chief of the Cherokees, to the Fullbloods and their group the Original Cherokee Community Organization (OCCO), a group that had been encouraged to form by staff of the projects, and the resulting lawsuits in which the Fullbloods were assisted by Stuart Trapp.
