Scope and Content of the Collection

The collection consists of 23 promotional posters and printed ephemera designed and printed by Blinc Publishing for clients based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Clients include the Minnesota Center for Book Arts, the James Ford Bell Library, Eclipse Records, Kartemquin Films, the music group Rose Ensemble, the Saint Paul Saints baseball team, and Bill Moran’s Letterbugs print exhibit. Materials also include letterpress printed holiday cards and CD packages (2002-2014). All CD packages include covers, program notes and 4 ¾” compact discs.

History of Blinc Publishing

Blinc Publishing is a letterpress print and design studio located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Bill Moran founded Blinc in 1996. Moran is also the artistic director of the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, and operates the Hamilton Ink Spot in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
