Personnel records include applications for employment for the Eastern Division of Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad "Omaha" (1895-1925), C&NW employment applications (1894-1936), Chicago, St. Paul and Fond du Lac payroll records (1856-1864), various personnel volumes, C&NW employment record cards; C&NW work card records, "Omaha" employment cards and deceased pensioner cards; C&NW and "Omaha" social security application cards (1936-1960).

Also 3 boxes of "North Western Line" quarterly publications, approximately 300 black and white 8x10 prints from the mid 20th century of railroad scenes from Chicago area communities, and scattered annual reports of the C&NW Railroad from 1861-1969.
