Scope and Content of the Collection
Collection of Ann Barber Megaw documenting her involvement with the Jack and Jill Players. Includes playbill programs, scripts, news clippings, sketches of costumes, photographs of a set and other paper ephemera from the Jack and Jill Players, dated from 1931-1942. The playbill programs contain a history of the theatrical company and mentions of Dick York and Mel Torme as cast members. Also includes photos, sketches and newspaper clippings from Ann Barber Megaw's appearance as Raggedy Anne at the Chicago World's Fair Expo in 1934. Collection contains a USB labeled "scans of some of these materials" and a memorial service pamphlet about Ann Barber Megaw's life.
