Pratt served concurrently as assistant treasurer of the CB&Q, treasurer and president of the Hannibal, St. Joseph & Council Bluffs, and treasurer of the Burlington & Missouri River Road in Nebraska. His correspondence is quite routine, containing primarily stock notifications, vouchers, and acknowledgements of payment.
