One letterpress book marked “General Letters” containing correspondence from W.H. White in the Chief Engineer’s Office, mostly concerning engineering affairs in the Burlington area. Much of the correspondence includes drawings in the margins, and there is also a Report of Bridge Inspections from 1881, which also includes drawings.
