About 300 letters and papers concerning claims against Mr. Beiyon as Land Agent, in alleged instances of fraud and concerning attempts to locate and arrest him to stand trial in Ishpeming, Michigan, for alleged defrauding of land purchasers. Included are a few pieces of advertising matter issued by Mr. Beiyon to encourage sales of Nebraska lands. Some of the letters are in Swedish.
