Scope and Content of the Collection From the Collection: The collection of late nineteenth and early twentieth century photographs of Chicago and some neighboring towns, most of which presumably were taken by Sloan, consists of shots of churches, houses, schools, libraries, civic and commercial buildings, monuments and statuary.
