Scope and Contents note From the Series: This section comprises music about and imprints from the various regions of the United States. There is a folder for each of the fifty states, and for Bermuda, New England (as a region), the Panama Canal Zone, Washington D.C., and a miscellaneous folder. The only states not represented by at least one song are the two Dakotas. The largest collections are for Massachusetts (2,100) and New York (1,550).
