Scope and Contents note From the Series: Stereographs, cabinet photos, cartes de visite and a few miscellaneous images. There are over 600 stereographs, one-third of which are views of Chicago before and after the fire of 1871, plus over a hundred Civil War scenes; the rest are mostly views of Europe, Asia and America. Two original storage boxes and a stereoscope are included.
