The four bound scrapbooks are arranged by season and include brochures, calendars, programs, newsclippings, photographs, and occasionally correspondence from a guest artist. They are bound in red leather and have gold stamping on the front and spine. On the front of each book is the inscription "Collection of John Laurie."
