Scrapbook containing 1910 and 1911 clippings from the Tifton gazette, a newspaper based in Tifton, Georgia that began publication in 1888. The clippings are published letters written by Solomon Mills Cottle, Sr. (1840-1918) to the Gazette, in which he reminisces about his service in the Civil War.
