Abstract
A collection of 56 photographs acquired by Faulk, mostly consisting of large-format albumen prints, but also a few stereographs and carte de visites. Dakota Territory scenes include views of Yankton, its buildings, and its citizens; photographs of Fort Dakota and Fort Randall by B. H. Gurnsey; the Congregational Church and parsonage at Faulkton; the Big Sioux River and Sioux Falls; and Indian camps.
