Properties are located in Norwalk, Norwich, Ridgefield, and Wethersfield, Conn.; Boston, Charlestown, Rochester, Satucket, Scituate, and Plymouth Colony, Mass.; and Long Island, and Orange, Ulster and Schenectady counties, N.Y.
