Scope and Contents note
T. S. Howland served in several positions within CB&Q and related roads. At this time he was secretary of the CB&Q and also working for Chicago, Burlington & Kansas City, Burlington & Northwestern as well as others. J. C. Pealsey was in the position of 2nd vice-president and treasurer at CB&Q. Letters deal with routine operating and management matters.
