Primarily written to other land agents and land commissioners, including C.R. Lowell, C.E. Perkins, J.W. Ames, G.S. Harris, A.E. Touzalin, and W.W. Baldwin. Letters are numbered 1-854, with some unnumbered, and include an index arranged by subject.
